I am delighted to bring my SkandiFit exercise routine for women to your home. These sessions are not recorded and we always have a bit of craic too!

These classes are run via Zoom app and you can do the workouts in your own home. My sessions are not ‘bounce up and down in front of your telly like a bunny on steroids’ type of sessions, but carefully thought out workouts that will target your body as a whole. I will always give my clients options to choose from, not everyone can (or should!) do all the exercises the same way. The online classes are aimed at anyone who wants to add a little bit of movement to their days and feel more energised and stronger at the end of it.
